Full availability of public transportation to connect with the rest of Berlin with the Tram M1 and M12 (2 minutes from your front door) as well as the station Schönhauser Allee with U2, S41, S42, S8, S9 (5 minutes from your front door).
The Buchholzer Straße is in itself one of the most quiet side streets between the Schönhauser Allee and Pappelallee streets with a full continuous outlook of beautiful classical facades of old buildings. The outside view from the apartment falls directly onto the lovely red brick architecture of the opposite street building.
The whole apartment is laid on a beautiful wooden floor. Curtains and outdoor blinds allow the required distance outward. The oversize double bed (160 x 220 cm) in genuine olive wood is a cozy retreat isle. The couch in the living / dining room can also be used as a comfortable guest bed and is extendible till 160 x 200 cm.
The bathroom is furnished with a modern and comfortable walk in shower (rain head shower / hand adjustable shower).

Unsere 3 Mopsboxen haben wir 2015 selbst geplant und mit Freude am Detail eingerichtet. Den Projektnamen haben wir einfach aus der Zeit des Umbaus übernommen. Inzwischen sind 3 komfortable Ferienwohnungen entstanden - mitten im Helmholtzkiez - im Herzen vom schicken Prenzlauer Berg. Wir würden uns darin wohlfühlen, wenn wir nicht schon eine andere Bleibe in der Nachbarschaft hätten.......
